What sellers ask us
Who can sell on Veya?
Anyone in India with a PAN and a bank account. You do not need a company.
What can I sell?
PDFs, guides, templates, presets, notes, files and private links. Each product is a one-time purchase.
What does Veya cost?
5% of every sale and nothing else. There is no monthly fee. You keep 95% of the price.
When do I get paid?
Your first 5 sales are held for 7 days. After that, each sale is held for 1 day. Then the money goes to your bank automatically. Every sale shows the exact dates.
Why is my money held at first?
The hold protects buyers while you are new. It leaves time to sort out a refund or a problem before the money leaves.
Do my buyers need an account?
No. A buyer enters an email and phone number, pays by UPI, and gets the product straight away. They can come back to their downloads later with a link sent to their email.
Do you store my bank details?
No. Your PAN and bank details go straight to Razorpay, our payment partner. Veya keeps only your payout account ID and its status.
